A Night of Dreams: Debutantes from Comunidades do Rio Realize the Unimaginable
Fifteen young people from underprivileged communities have a princess night in a dazzling dance in the West Zone
In the heart of Guaratiba, a magical setting transformed the dreams of 15 teenagers into reality. On the last 30 days, these young debutantes, coming from various deprived communities in Rio de Janeiro, celebrated their 15th birthday in a party worthy of a fairy tale. With exuberant dresses, professional makeup and a night that exuded sparkle and glamour, the event marked the 5th edition of the project idealized by renowned promoter David Santiago in partnership with Rapper Degran, whose mission is to provide unforgettable moments for these girls from humble families in the communities Rocinha, Rio das Pedras, Vidigal, Vila Carioca, Nova Iguaçu (Austin) and City of God.
The day started early for the debutantes, they experienced a true transformation provided by professionals from Instituto Embeleze who, in addition to offering training courses to the fifteen girls in the area of beauty, also lovingly took care of every detail, from nails and make-up to hair, offering a true 'princess day'. The young women won special costumes, a new collection with dazzling dresses made exclusively for each one, highlighting their personalities, as well as the costumes of all the families, which were created and signed by the stylist Aline Oliveira and accompanied by exclusive and personalized shoes, carefully selected to reflect the beauty and sophistication of each debutant and guarantee a comfortable wearing experience throughout the party, created by Barbara Malhano for such an important moment.
But the big night, in the luxurious house Além do Sonho, located at Caminho do Cafua, 480 - Ilha de Guaratiba, was a spectacle apart: the sophisticated decoration with a palette of colors inspired by spring and surrounded by flowers produced incredible lounges; on the guests' table, the flowers were combined with the crockery, a perfection signed by Michele Simas and Babi Campos. The buffet, a true originality of flavors, raised the level of the party even more with the sophistication and authenticity of the dishes, an indescribable luxury of one of the largest and most versatile buffets in the city, the Carmelita Gastronomia, accompanied by a premium open bar experience , with a touch of sophistication in every detail. The menu included classic cocktails, original creations and reinterpretations that used high quality infusions, syrups and reductions. In addition, the selection of alcohol-free drinks further increased the value of the service, providing a unique and refined experience for all present, offered by Guess Coquetelaria.
The ceremony, full of charm, magic and hope, provided unforgettable moments for the young women, with touches of sophistication that marked this special occasion, organized by the talented advisor and ceremonialist Vanessa Bauer. The waltz, one of the most anticipated moments of the night, symbolized the transition from childhood to adolescence with glamor and lightness. The dance featured the participation of three famous dancers: Renan Monteiro, Rafael Gualandi, Guth Sotero. Soon after, elegance gave way to contagious joy at the opening of the dance floor, with choreographies created by Luiz Fernando and vibrant performances by Rapper Degran, as well as shows by singer MC Bianca and singer Thiago Còrdeiro, guaranteeing a night full of emotion and rhythm
The party, much more than an event, symbolized the recognition of the effort and exemplary behavior of these young women, all with excellent school performance. It was a celebration of hope and dreams, reinforcing the power of initiatives that, like this one, make a difference in the lives of those who need it most. For these debutantes, Monday night was unforgettable – a memory that will accompany them for the rest of their lives.
"Every detail has been designed so that these debutantes live the moment like true princesses, reinforcing the power that dreams and education have in changing lives. It is the realization of a dream, forever etched in the memory of these young women." David Santiago declares.
